I just realized I have made a duplicate booking of wifi device for my trip to Tokyo in Jul (Jul 3-9). I currently have 2 bookings under no. 91172032 and 91176347. Since I only need one wifi device and would appreciate if you can cancel my booking no. 91176347 and arrange refund of the payment. Thanks a lot!
According to the rental agreement (http://wifibb.com/zh-HK/after/Agreement), no refund would be arranged, if
1.) the booking is cancelled OR
2.) customer forget to pick up on the original departure/device pick-up date.
However, customer could reschedule the booking, the details are as follows:
1) $200 administration fee would be charged per each rescheduling.
2) If the duration of new schedule exceeds the original booking, extra rental days would be
charged by regular price OR;
if the new rental fee exceeds the original booking, price difference would be charged.
3) No refund would be arranged if the new rental fee is less than the original booking.
4) Rescheduling could only be requested on or before, 2 days after the original return date
