你好,
如需取消預約,根據租賃協議,在原定出發/領取日期前7天內聯絡我們取消預約( 不包括出發日),可獲退回租金的50%。如在原定出發/領取日期前8天或之前取消預約,則可獲退回租金的75%。
而於2018年3月1日起預約之訂單,如取消預約後,原定預約租金的25%或50%不足$50,需於可獲退回的租金中收回差額。我們會在60工作天內(工作天為星期一至五,公眾假期除外)退回有關金額至閣下付款所用的信用卡戶口內。
早前在你信用卡帳戶暫時封存的按金$1000則未有過數,將於稍後自動解封授權,無需支付。
請注意,預約一經取消將不獲恢復。

Hello,
According to the rental agreement, if the order is cancelled within seven days, before your original departure/device pick-up date, we will refund 50% of the rental fee. If the order is cancelled eight days or earlier in advance to your original departure/device pick-up date, you will be refunded 75% of the rental fee.
After cancellation, the difference amount will be deducted if the 25% or 50% of the rental fee is less than $50. The condition is effective starting from 1st March 2018.
The relevant amount will be refunded within 60 working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays).
The $1000 deposit has not been charged and only secured by an authorization hold.
Please note that the order cannot be retained once it is cancelled.
