Request for Cancellation / Refund (Booking #B91047262)

Dear Sirs

Due to schedule change, my trip to Korea is cancelled. I would therefore like to request for cancellation and refund of the rental fee and deposit.

I tried to call your hotline for days but still unreachable. I also emailed to your office but again no response. I look forward to hearing from you.

如要確定取消,請回覆此電郵。 如沒即時回覆再次確定取消,將不受理退款或影響退款的金額****

如需取消預約,根據租賃協議,在原定出發/領取日期前7天內聯絡我們取消預約( 不包括出發日),可獲退回租金的50%。如在原定出發/領取日期前8天或之前取消預約,則可獲退回租金的75%。

而於2018年3月1日起預約之訂單,如取消後,取消手續費的25%或50%不足$50,需於可獲退回租金中收回差額。我們會在2個月內退回有關金額至閣下付款所用的信用卡戶口內。

早前在你的信用卡帳戶暫時封存的按金$1000則未有過數,亦會於稍後自動解封授權,無需支付。

請注意, 預約一經取消將不獲恢復。

Simply reply to this email if you confirm your cancellation. If not reply to confirmation again, it will not be processed the refund or the refund amount will be difference.******

According to the rental agreement, if the booking is cancelled within seven days, before your original departure/modem pick-up date, we will refund 50% of the rental fee. If you cancel eight days or more, before your original departure/modem pick-up date, you will be refunded 75% of the rental fee.

After cancellation, if the 25% or 50% of handling fee was not enough $50. The difference amount will deduct form your refund. This condition effective from 01 March 2018 of your booking

The relevant amount will be refunded within 60 days.

HK$1000 deposit has not been charged to your credit card and only secured by an authorization hold.

Please be noted that once the booking is cancelled, it cannot be retained anymore.

I refer to my cancellation and refund request as posted at APR 02, 2018 06:52PM HKT and your reply at the public forum at APR 02, 2018 09:08PM HKT.

Please note that I am still yet to receive any email or call from your office. Further your 'hotline' is still unreachable regardless of numerous attempts.

I hereby expressly confirm to cancel the reservation (Booking #B91047262). Please arrange for refund accordingly.

Hi,

Your order #B91047262 is CANCELLED. According to the rental agreement, if the booking is cancelled within seven days, before your original departure/modem pick-up date, we will refund 50% of the rental fee. Thanks for the reply.

I believe the $1,000 deposit in credit will also be released.

Most importantly may I know why I haven’t received any emails from your office in relation to this? I have no choice but have to write and check all these in this public forum.

I look forward to hearing from you via email, hopefully.
