WifiBB stopped working on 3rd day of trip. Network signal is constantly showing "out of range" / 圈外 even after reset.
Have tried to call your office / your online desk and there's been no response on either venue. Terrible service. Will definitely warned everyone about your poor response and product if this is not resolved quickly.
Please take off the back cover, remove the battery and SIM card and reinstall again.
If still no use, there will be a reset button near the SIM card and please use needle to press it until the device light is sparkling. The try to use the device.
