I have read through your reply to other clients regarding the problem. It is SLOW every single places i go in Tokyo. same problem happen to me. I called long d call from tokyo yesterday to get the problem fix and your staff stated that they have restarted the device. UNFORTUNATELY, It is even slower than yesterday. Both upload and download speed does not even get to 1mbps. this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
So please do not copy and paste your typical answers as usual and get the problem fixed. its not about the location or hotel or tourist point. and i have emailed to you again earlier today, please get back asap. I am going to report for sure once I get back to Hong Kong.
Please provide your booking number to us for further investigation.
