已經歸還卻收到未歸還的email通知信

我租2016/12/29~2017/1/1共4天(Device no. HK83268),並以VISA信用卡付了HK$180及押金HK$1000
Device已經在2017/1/1於香港機場A16歸還,
今天(2017/1/5)卻收到下面這封email說我沒有歸還
請貴公司盡速詳查! 且保證不會扣除我全部押金HK$1000!

Hi,

Thank you for using our service. You booking period is from 29/12/2016 to 1/1/2017 (Device no. HK83268). We would like you to know we still have not received your device yet. Please note that you will be incurring a daily fee per the daily Contract Rate until the date on which the Equipment is returned and received by us. If we cannot receive your device or hear from you in the end, an amount of $1000 will be deducted from your deposit. If you have used cash for deposit, please remember to send the deposit card along with the device.

You can mail the device back to us. Our address is Counter A16, Terminal 1 Arrival Hall
Hong Kong International Airport. Our number is 31840668. We open 24 hours daily, including public holidays.
